To guarantee that every person has an enjoyable, safe experience without disruption, the following rules have been set in place.
If you are planning to attend a concert, sports game or show at The Palace of Auburn Hills, then please read the rules to check prohibited items so that on arrival you can enter the venue smoothly.

Items that are NOT allowed into the venue;
Food or Drinks brought outside the premises, bottles, any glass containers, cans, liquid of any kind, weapons or any items that could potentially cause harm.
Recording equipment including video and sound devices, professional cameras/detachable lenses and selfie sticks.
Fireworks or any similar items that could explode, laser pointers, noise makers of any kind.
No Alcohol to be brought in, illegal substance are strictly prohibited.

One bag per person is allowed but they must be within 14” x 14” x 6” dimensions, NO large backpacks or drawstring bags are allowed.

Please note if any of these items are found upon arrival, they will be removed.
